I went through four packs of crayons trying to finish the second edition as quickly as possible. I hope all those crayolas were worth it.
The Diamond Handbook - Second Edition includes the following additions:
- Dates! (The most requested feature. Apes love dates!)
- DD is separated into sections, and DD in each section is listed chronologically.
- A single-page TL;DR
- An introduction to the MOASS and an FAQ
- A new section with the AMA transcripts
- A new section with a selection of memes (including but not limited to: buildings with lights on, apes, and mayo hodlers)
- More DD in general. I was adding DD up to the wire.
You now have 4 ways to download the Diamond Handbook:
- PDF (the most popular choice)
- Epub (for most e-readers)
- Mobi (for Kindle, but I warn you, it’s a massive file at 75mb. Sideloading is going to take patience and may not work on Kindle applications on phones or tablets)
- PRINT: In the google folder, you will see a new folder titled ‘Print’. Open this up and you will find everything you need to print your own copy of the Diamond Handbook on lulu.com.
I should note that the Print version does not include the section with memes. Lulu has a limit of 800 pages for printing, and it took me deleting the meme section to get to a startling 798 pages. Still, this allows anyone to print their own copy. I've just ordered my own copy, so I will post pictures when it arrives, but as I live a bit out of the way, I have to wait 10 days for it to arrive...so it should get here just in time for the Shareholders Meeting!
Also, I have no immediate plans for when the third edition will come out, but when it does, it will have to be split into two volumes. I wanted to add more DD in this edition, but it just got too big!
